I’ve not had a sleep score on my ionic since 17 Nov. Any known fixes pls?

Oh in my zone minutes are going crazy I’m just sitting here and I’m getting zone minutes. I can’t add a picture but I had over 700 some zone minutes and not even 5000 steps yesterday
