I have no sleep score on my ionic no detailed info on my sleep pattern app and watch are up to date help

Only noticed today mine is the same, no sleep score and sporadic recording, all after updating it last week....I do like my Ionic,  I used to love it now I am strongly considering the Garmin Venu
