iPhone SE running iOS 14.8.1. Fitbit Ionic and Fitbit app all on the latest version. SPo2 clock face will not install, was working previously but has failed to install and goes through install loop without working. If it no longer works on this watch series, it would be helpful to note that. Or if I need to update my phone iOS, that information would also be helpful. Lack of information in descriptions and on the Fitbit site is pretty disappointing.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @timm061EA.
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Ionic. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
You should be able to install and use the SpO2 clock face on your Watch. If you've done so, please restart your Ionic by following these instructions. Then, please try to install the clock face once again, for instructions please visit this article.
Hope this helps.

Yeah, I had done all that and it doesn't work. I suspect there's a glitch in the updated firmware that was installed recently. It just does not work anymore.

Thanks for your response, @timm061EA.
In this case, I would recommend setting up your Ionic as a replacement device:
- Tap the Today tab
, and tap your profile picture.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
Then, please try once again to install the SpO2 clock face.
If the instructions above don't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Please click here to get connected.
Have a nice day.

Amazingly, I have already tried that as well. It just does not work anymore. Not life-threatening, but annoying that watches that are supposed to work with my Ionic no longer work or load. Thankfully updating the firmware didn't brick it ...
