Hi I've downloaded the Spotify app for my ionic. Both my app and fitbit are updated and I have the Spotify logo on my watch. I am logged in according to the app but I'm struggling to get it to start up. When I tap the logo it tells me to check my Bluetooth and pair which it already is. Any ideas on how I can get this going ? Thanks

May i ask what type of phone that you have @Afshapes on iOS you want the ionic to show up as being connected. With android the ionic classic needs to be connected with the phones Bluetooth.
The Spotify app on the phone also needs to be to running.

Did that and it still says make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, then sync your device using the Fitbit mobile app

Maybe your network connection is not stable. You can download your Spotify songs by using the tool, such as AMusicSoft Spotify Music Converter, and then add your downloaded songs to your device.
