Has anyone noticed their step count jumping back, particularly when doing exercises for long durations. I typically run for an hour plus a few times a week and regularly get over 10,000 steps during that activity. But, as soon as I stop and sync with my phone, the step count has jumped backwards by up to 1000 steps. This happens pretty much every time.
Has anyone else experienced that?

@Sampsonc Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic steps jumping back when you sync.
Are you still experiencing the same? I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. This should certainly help you out with that.
Whenever this happens to you, is the wrong step count reflecting on Ionic's screen or is it reflected on the app, or both?
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
