Hi there. I applied for the refund in April 2024. I did everything right as far as I know and was told it would be delayed by 4-6 weeks multiple times. Today I called and they tell me my refund has been canceled? Has anyone else experienced this. Or is there any staff reading this who can help.

I am still waiting for my refund for ionic since 2023. They said it was sent but truly wasn't and feels like I am being played with as they closed the all conversations and cannot reach them anymore for follow up - just feeling that they are unfair with me and others that I see.
Truly thinking that my next watch purchase will be another brand, sadly.
FITBIT PLEASE ANSWER US!!!
