I'm sorry @RenatoV I'm not sure what type of reset you are trying to do?
A soft reset.
A hard reset where the tracker is completely turned off
Or a factory reset.
As for the data not cleared, a quick search brings up several solved hits.

nothing appears , mo batery to ser Thea logo .. the lights don't blink, I've tried the three buttons for 30 seconds several times, left it plugged in all day, cleaned the terminals, this watch was sent to me a new one at the end of last year, for the same thing happen
