I purchased the Versa and returned it 3 days later because of this issue as well. I don't think Fitbit will pay attention to any of our requests since this has been an on-going problem for 2+ years already. (I found a similar request dated back since 2016 and they still do nothing!)
Not cool at all Fitbit. 😞

@TaiD7 is there something that your fellow Fitbit users may be able to help with?? I'm not sure where the case not closed from or what it is that your fellow Fitbit users would be able help with.
As for the This language, did you follow the link above and added your vote and maybe a comment?

Hi @TaiD7 nice to see you again. @Rich_Laue thanks for jumping in.
Thanks for updating this thread. Your feature request has been marked with the status "Reviewed by moderator", which means that your suggestion has been read by a Fitbit moderator. Popular suggestions will have been shared internally at Fitbit.
It takes time as our devs and engineers have to be double sure that this will properly work. Lots of trial an error on their end to make sure they deliver the best improvements for our wonderful customers. I appreciate your patience and understanding about it.

Thai language took the moderator team more than 3 years to make the move. Fit bit engineers came out with nothing after 1 full years. Is this Fitbit's ignorance or lack of intelligent people?
