Hi,
My Fitbit ionic has some sync issues since yesterday morning. I tried all the steps suggested in trouble shooting. Could you please suggest a fix?

You'll have to be more specific. Is your phone a compatible device? Is there an error message? Does this only happen when doing a manual sync or does it not auto sync in the background? Opening the app should usually start a sync.

Yes, it is a compatible device ( one plus 6). It was working fine for over a month. Somehow the auto sync did not happen yesterday. So I have tried manual syncs to no avail.

It gives a sync error. But I also got an issue with bluetooth error sometimes.
