I've linked my Fitbit Ionic with my Map My Run account but I my run is not showing up on map my run. The dashboard shows that it just synced but I still don't see the run on Map My Run. Is there a way to fix this?

Was it a run where you enabled the gps? Can you see a map on your Fitbit account?

I have the same issue and I use the exercise feature on the Ionic with GPS enabled and it shows a map after my run on the Fitbit app but the run activity does not show up on MapMyRun. I have my Fitbit account synced to MapMyRun and it says it synced hours after my run and it does show my steps and daily data under 24/7 activity in MapMyRun so I know data is being transferred to MapMyRun.

I've just done a bit of research and it seems the export or possibly import, don't want to blame either party (!) doesn't play nice with the GPS data. You need to specifically convert the Fitbit run to gpx file and import that into map my run.
Not the best of news but doesn't surprise me.

Hi - do you convert this through the watch or the phone app?
