I have had this Ionic for over a year. I continuously have problems syncing, and updating. It is nothing but a pain. I have been try for days to sync and update on my iPad and android phone, nothing works this time, I've tried restarting all devices, and re-adding the device. It says it synced on one device but half of the things don't update, weather, heart rate.... I have resigned to the fact that I have a expensive, ugly digital watch, now the **ahem** thing is running 6 minutes behind and I don't know how to adjust that!!! Shouldn't at least the time be correct if it says it synced?

If your Ionic is syncing, it should update the timezone. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and if you're still not getting all your information synced, please provide me with a screenshot of the data that's transferring to your account.
Regarding your timezone, you can double check that you have it set correctly by doing these steps.
Also, you can confirm your Ionic is connecting to your app by going to the main page> tap in the watch icon and it should say when was the last time it synced.
