I've read through forum posts and seen and tried answers but to no avail. My fitbit ionic battery died on a walk and when I recharged it the tiles wouldn't respond to touch. I've ensured latest version of app and latest IOS. Also force closed the app and re-opened as well as restarting the phone as per previous posts but no joy. Working perfectly for the first week but now this . . . any ideas please?

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. I would like you to clarify if you're experiencing screen issues on your Ionic or in your Fitbit app. If you're experiencing this on your watch, please restart it and monitor its behavior after this.
