I have literally tried everything and it won't sync. I've turned Bluetooth on and off checked it isn't connected to any other advice Wi-Fi is on, force shut the app, updated my phone software, all day sync is on, it's always connected to Wi-Fi, I've rebooted my phone, restarted the watch, uninstalled and reinstalled app. I was cut off the online chat with the 'agents' 3 times today and called twice and both times been told by the 'agent' they don't deal with the ionic and someone will call me back but nothing. After I restarted that watch completely it synced bit otherwise np matter what I do it won't sync😭 Is there anything else I can try?? Thanks in advance x

Sorry to hear you're having sync problems. If I'm understanding correctly, after you restarted the Ionic it did sync, but now it won't sync again?
What are you using to sync with - computer or mobile? If so, which kind of phone do you use?

Just needed to add that same happening to me today. Stopped syncing. Keep getting “looking”. Removed it from iPhone Bluetooth, set back up still the same thing. Funnily the FB app has all my steps but the Ionic is showing about 1000 less - that’s why I noticed it. Very frustrating especially considering cost and I moved up from a perfectly good blaze. I got my ionic about a week before Christmas and this is the first sign of problems.
Hope this gets resolved again.

Yes I also moved up from the blaze I gave only ha mine for just under a week and if it's being this faulty already I am considering just returning and taking my blaze back from my husband lol

Yes thats correct. Trying to sync 8t to my phone (Samsung galaxy s8) the phone can't be tge issue tho as it worked perfectly fine with my fit bit blaze. It's so frustrating considering how much the ionic cost me

I have the same issue with my Ionic (v27.31.1.16) and my Samsung S5 on Android 6.0.1 and Windows 10 Surface 2. Neither will Sync. I've twice unpaired and reconnected the device. Will I need to do this daily to sync?

I am having the same issue which from my reading in here people have been complaining about since the device came on the market and still no fix
