How to adjust screen brightness if this function became gray and don't let me to change dull brightness.

What is your battery level at? If it is too low this option gets disabled.

Hi @mperlov, welcome to the Community Forums! 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Just as our friend @Rich_Laue shared, if the battery of your Ionic device is too low, this function isn't available. Therefore, please fully charge your device and let me know if you continue experiencing the same issue. If so, please try restarting your device and let me know how it goes.

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
