Very frustrating when I purchased a $300 watch and can’t do anything with it.

my Fitbit blaze had no issues.

First thing. saying that your getting an error .without describing or mentioning the error will not provide any info for us to work with. 

Also since your mobile device is being used, it could be help full to know what type of mobile device that the error is being displayed on.

every time I open Apps or clock faces and comes on, off ,on ,off,
