I had not used my Ionic in a while and went to use it again and it will not update, and I cannot change the clock face without updating. Any advice?

Hi @stahlar91 , welcome to the forums! Have you tried resetting the Ionic by holding down the left button and bottom right?

I did, I actually contacted support and they ended up setting up for a warranty replacement since it will not update.
