I tried to install an app but it continues to show it is installing -for hours. I closed the FitBit app and restarted, but still showed installing. Also tried restarting Ionic, still same problem.
Any help is welcome.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to sync your Ionic? Which app are you trying to install?
