Unable to setup Ionic Adidas after factory reset

Hello 

 

since i did the factory reset to my adidas fitbit because i cant add my bank card back after my cousins putted too many times wrong password 

 

now i cant set up my fitbit because it shut downs

i deleted my device from bluethoot,downloaded the fitbit app again and even tried with different devices but nothing i still cant set up my device because after connecting fitbit with wifi it shows me fitbit logo and then it turns off and i need to start again 

 

the problem is that i got my fitbit for birthday from parents this year 25 july but they dosent have the check anymore so i cant proof i have the warranty 

 

is there any chance to proof that the fitbit is bought from official seller if they bought that with bank card or can i return my device so i only pay them little bit money to fix my device
