Lately, my Fitbit Ionic has only been keeping its charge for 24-36 hours, and I've constantly been needing to charge it. I tried everything I could find in troubleshooting and ultimately ended up doing a factory reset, and now I'm completely unable to connect the Ionic to my iPhone 6s. In the setup process, the app on my phone says that it "Found it!", but it just stays on "Connecting to Tracker..." for hours and hours without actually connecting. I've been trying for the past 2 days and still can't get it connected. What's going on here? Note: I've restarted everything multiple times, reinstalled the Fitbit app, etc. But nothing at all is working.

Hi @pkaragoulis, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check all the information that's specified on: How do I set up my Fitbit device? to check if all the requirements are correctly configured to setup your device. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo. I read through the links in your response, and all of the setup and troubleshooting steps they mentioned are the things I tried before I came here. None of that worked.
