My old fitbit had sync issues then froze. Got a new fitbit and now it won't sync. I've followed all guidelines. I've tried customer service. No luck. It has to be on their end. I have a high tech phone. Its not even recognizing it.

When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?
