Attempted to set up fitbit pay but changed mind.  I thought i backed out but when I turned screen on i could not get pass this numerical keypad.  Now locked out. Don't know what to do. HELP.

@ebeck1 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! That happens when you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times. Don't worry, I'll give you the steps on how to unlock it using your phone, please follow:

 

  • From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon > your device image. 
  • Tap or click "Device Lock".
  • Find the option to reset your PIN code. 

Those are the steps. It's a very short process as you can see! Smiley Very Happy
