My Fitbit Ionic has just stopped working completely. The screen has gone dark and unresponsive. I have tried the hard reset but the logo appears and then the dark screen with a slight white border for a few seconds then it goes completely dark.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
