  • Since updating my ionic with the latest 4.1 update my tracker doesn't vibrate with message notifications. I have to switch everything off on the app then restart my phone and turn all notifications back on the app.
  • It works for ome or two messages then stops. Showing this on my tracker - Nothing new here you're all caught up.
  • Extremely frustrating!! I never used to.have problems with my Ionic until now.

I am having the same issue. I don’t receive notifications for phone calls or text messages. I have tried all of the fixes suggested and nothing works.  I depend on these notifications.  I actually missed a phone call recently from my husband regarding his mother’s passing.  More than frustrated.

Can’t receive any text messages. I have completely deleted the ionic and factory restarted. Still no text messages. Done everything I know to do. Very frustrated. About to rid myself of this and tell everyone to not buy a Fitbit.

I am going to look into an Apple Watch. This is just wrong so many
consumers with the same problems.
