Since updating my ionic with the latest 4.1 update my tracker doesn't vibrate with message notifications. I have to switch everything off on the app then restart my phone and turn all notifications back on the app.
It works for ome or two messages then stops. Showing this on my tracker - Nothing new here you're all caught up.
Extremely frustrating!! I never used to.have problems with my Ionic until now.
I am having the same issue. I don’t receive notifications for phone calls or text messages. I have tried all of the fixes suggested and nothing works. I depend on these notifications. I actually missed a phone call recently from my husband regarding his mother’s passing. More than frustrated.
Can’t receive any text messages. I have completely deleted the ionic and factory restarted. Still no text messages. Done everything I know to do. Very frustrated. About to rid myself of this and tell everyone to not buy a Fitbit.
