completed the ionic update.
apple iPhone 8S updated to ios 13.
now lost everything.
reinstalled fitbit, now will not pair with ionic.
what is wrong and how do I put this right?????

@Trevor54 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
I would like you to double check that you're logging into the correct account. I've noticed that some users might accidentally create an account using a similar email address but they will write an extra letter or missing one. Please log out from your account and log back in.
You can check the date you joined Fitbit by doing the following:
- Go to your Fitbit app
- Tap on your profile picture and you'll see when you joined
