hello,

 

Hope everyone is staying safe in these challenging times.  I charged my Iconic as per normal, put it on and noticed that there is a vertical line on the screen which is now getting bigger and red in colour.  My device is two years old.

 

Ideas please

update - The display is now pretty bad to the point I can only just read the time.  Contacted Fitbit Aus last night and they are sending me a new Iconic which I'm stoked about.  Give credit where credit is due, customer service was outstanding and getting a replacement just stoked with this.  I really enjoy using the iconic to a point that its now very important in to my lifestyle for me tracking how I'm going.
