I have to manually sync my ionic, this has been going on for a couple of weeks. It no longer vibrates when I have messages or phone calls.

Hi @nutron, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with the syncing concern, can you please let me know when was the first time All-day sync stopped working? Also, which mobile device you're currently using to sync your device? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check if your mobile device is compatible and if the All-day sync feature is enabled. You just need to go to your account settings, then tap on your Ionic and scroll down to find this specific option.
Regarding the vibration concern with the notification you receive, your device doesn't vibrate at all or just with notifications? In other words, your device does vibrate when you setup an alarm or when you connect it into the charging cable? In the meantime, please restart your device.
Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.
