Ok this is getting way out of hand, I have called and spoken to people with no solution. I sent in mine and my families Fitbit Ionics for refunds a total of 6 of us and are now missing watches and no Refund. The last I spoke to someone they said it was being processed well from June 2023 to today is 18 months so I know for a fact Fitbit lost my watches and will play it off as if they were never received. I have the mailing tracking details.
