Wallet sometimes disappears from app on phone

I work on an Fitbit Pay project in a bank, and some pilot customers have the issue that sometimes the wallet-function disappears from the app.

What could cause this, and how can it be fixed?

One pilot customer with this problem has Apple Iphone, and an Ionic Adidas edition.

When you say that the wallet disappears @Spind11v, dies it disappear from the screen accessed by holding in the left button?

If it disappear s from the apps when swiping leftl, thid can be removed from the list from the nstalle apps, and has no affect on the use of Fitbit pay?

here in austria fitbit pay is still not available. another disappointment

It disappears on the companion app on the phone, and then at a later time it reappears.

Since this is a report from a tester, I don't know all the details, but I have gotten a demonstration - the problem is that when this happens to a tester, it probably also will happen to customers, and possibly end with dissatisfied customers, and/or customers calling our customer center.

The pay-function is still present on the watch when the companion app doesn't show the wallet-tile.

I haven't noticed this happening, but the wallet was the first thing I removed from the Ionic since it is not needed and does not help when use ng Fitbit pay.

I am not sure what you mean.

The wallet "applet" on the companion app is the only means to register cards in Fitbit Pay. Also you can use it to monitor your latest transactions.

Fitbit Pay is an excellent solution, in Europe contactless payments is taking over, and lots of places we are abandoning cash.
