This morning getting dressed my Ionic watch face just came apart.... it’s 3 years old and I’ve gone thru 3 wristbands already!! Will call customer support tomorrow and see what they say and will report back???

I hate to tell you, but you are out of warranty. Maybe they will offer a discount on a new tracker.

If you’re out of warranty you’ll get offered 25% discount on a new one!! However, you can get them cheaper online which is what I did.
