Hi can anyone help I have an Ionic and my husband a Versa and the weather app is not working on either of them? Any ideas?

I would like you to confirm you've tried this procedure to properly set everything in the weather app. Also, could you provide me with more details about what you're seeing on the weather app? Is it not updating the weather?
