Bought a New Ionic on 6/08/19, but my e-mailed Weekly Activity Report isn’t even close to the daily stats on my watch. I do a bare minimum 10K steps everyday, 70K + every week, but the summary never reflects anything like that.

Welcome to the Community @RWPENDELL. Thanks for the details mentioned. I'm glad to hear that you just got your Ionic. 

 

I would like you to make sure your Ionic is syncing everyday, because this can be the reason why your stats aren't matching. Also, you can double check the information you're getting by going to your Dashboard and then select week. 

 

If you're not receiving the same information, please provide me with a screenshot of the data you're getting.
