I have an issue where synced workouts that weights have distance attached to them.
App version: Latest as of 19/12 on Android 2.63 2193223
Phone: Galaxy S8+
Firmware: 27.31.1.16
Reproduce steps:
- Using excercise shortcut to log an excersie under "Weights"
- Sync Ionic with phone

Hi
I tried this solution but sadly it only works for one recorded activity and then seems to revert back to incorrectly showing Distance and Pace again.
I suppose it’s not s major issue as the required activity time an Cals burned are contained in the activity when expanded..... just doesn’t show up in the summary. It’s still very annoying though as worked fine with Charge 2!!!

Same issue here. It’s been soon 3 months without a fix. I’m considering returning my Versa. Too many bugs and no actions by Fitbit.

Look what they have send me in reply to my refund request:
"To qualify for a refund, if you purchased the Ionic from our website
a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team
within 45 days of your purchase date. If you purchased the Ionic from a
retailer, please approach that retailer and they will tell you how or if
its possible to have a refund for the Ionic."
So I decided to post few msgs on their Facebook page...
People needs to know about it!

They even offer me a refund! So I assume they will not fix it at all.

I think the latter. This is an easy Versa specific display issue as it shows correctky at fitbit.com. The clearly want us to check out the iWatch 4 released in Sep/Oct 😬

Same issue with my Versa and iPhone app.. My friend who does yoga also has this problem.. So disappointing to find a thread that’s already there since december and nothing changed ever since 😞

Because I log Les Mills groupfitness classes under ‘Workout’ I decided to log a Circuit Training instead and this gives the normal overview with duration and calories.. BUT.. When I change an older Workout to Circuit Training my heart rate zone divison changes! So I get 1 minute less in cardiozone and 1 minute more in fatburn zone, which I find very strange..

Hey Fitbit/Moderator,
Any update on this bug? I would like to share my weightlifting sessions from the Fitbit iOS app but it does not make any sense since it shows ”pace” instead of ”calories”. It’s been months now with no action to the bug.

Logging Circuit Training as I said before also doesn’t work anymore 😞
Is there ANY activity I can log that just gives duration and calories?

So Fitbit are happy to release a new device .... Charge3.... but still not sorted out simple problems with previous devices that display incorrect data on smartphone apps. Maybe start using Twitter with @Fitbit and @fitbitsupport to encourage them!!!
thr same related question about this particular issues have been asked for over 9 months and still no fix!!!
Evidently all about making money and no customer support for existing customers is their business plan!!!

Just chiming in on this thread from a few months ago. Have same issue with Versa where weights, yoga, kickboxing all displaying as mileage and pace. Workaround suggested did not fix issue. Thanks!
