This is crazy! I've only just upgraded to a versa and had this issue. Can't believe how long they have known about this issue and not fixed it!!!
Just wow

Haha, and now the Fitbit Versa Lite will be released with probably the same problem 😕

Yes. Let’s all go to their social networks and give our feedback there. I already did on their Facebook post about the Versa Lite release. I was furious to read Fitbit responses to customer complains on Facebook.

My Versa is did the same thing today. Also, "Exercise" activity did it to me last week.

Fixed? Well, it's still happening to me. I have an Ionic. When I had a Charge 2 it logged in perfectly. What's weird is if I log in "Workout" it will show calories burned but if I rename it to anything else (to a custom name) it changes it and replaces calories with Pace except when playing Basket Ball!!!
Anyone try it with the new Versa 2??
Im thinking it has something to do with watches that have GPS built in that record pace. Maybe the Versa Lite or Versa 2 will show better results because it doesn't have GPS built in??? Any thoughts?
