What is the standard heart rate sampling rate displayed in non exercise mode?

Is it every 5 seconds like the other fitbit watches?

Yes I am sure I read somewhere that it is 1 second when exercising and 5 seconds for normal use.

I have just downloaded my HR data from an external source and it's still plotting the same as the Blaze,  27 plots/minute for fast walking and 27 plots/minute while asleep from a snapshot sample of the data

 

I keep an eye on this because I had a RHR of 52 on the Blaze and an occasional missing heart beat which is passed as OK by the cardiologist. The image below shows an average of 23 plots/minute from the downloaded data but you can't detect that on the graph because it is displaying every second and obviously display the time on the line position.

 

Also I have notice my RHR has gone up 3 bpm.. Someone also posted that observation elsewhere.

This is not possible with SDK?

That's bad!

Unfortunately also not downloadable from Fitbit website, but the data is ours!

Big discrepancy!
