When can I get a Fitbit Ionic refund?

I wrote down my account and serial number on the Fitbit recall bulletin board on October 4, 2023 regarding the Fitbit Ioniq recall refund.

Ioniq and my account link has been terminated and I received a refund notice email on June 21, 2024, stating that the money will come into my PayPal account within 3-6 weeks.

In conclusion, I'm still not getting paid.
On October 1, 2024, I called Fitbit Korea Customer Center and asked for feedback regarding the refund, but I didn't receive much help and was informed to contact the Fitbit Refund Customer Center, so I contacted the Refund Customer Center again.

The refund customer center has been informed that my serial code is not active, so I have to contact Google Fitbit customer center to solve the problem that the serial code is not active.

Now what am I supposed to do
When on earth can I get a refund?
My Fitbit Ioniq is no longer working due to battery discharge.
There is no way to connect with my device anymore.
I'm not going to give up.
