White circle and two lines on ionic

My New Ionic when turned on today has a large white circle and two lines down the side. 

Its in immaculate condition not a blemish on it. 

Anybody come across this and what can I do.

I tend not to look too closely at profile pics, given how small they are, with little detail, and th number of posts I review daily. Also, that one just looks like a flash bloom, as there was no correlation mentioned. Either way, some pointer would’ve been helpful.

if it is, then that would appear to be a fault, needing a call to CS.

I would second logistik, I'd return it and just get another. It shouldn't be doing that.
