With the latest update for android my WiFi no longer works. All I get is it saying an error occurred when trying to fine configurable networks.
Can we get this fixed?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @davidf100010! Hmmm.. that's is strange. If you have a hidden Wi-Fi network, it may not appear in the list of available networks under Wi-Fi Settings in the Fitbit app. Double check that the network is compatible with your watch by reviewing the list of networks in shared in this article. Then manually add the network in the Fitbit app.

Hope this helps, keep me posted!

Well when I do what you say I don't get the three dots in he upper right corner. I get a error that says
"error occurred while trying to obtain a list of configurable networks" I do not get to select the three dots because I don't get the three dots after the error.
Update it was working just fine until the last update. I'm only connecting to the 2.5ghz network.

My WiFi is no longer working. That keeps saying an error occurred while trying to obtain a list of configured Networks. That's all it says and then I get a blank screen.
The clock on my ionic is also not updating anymore. when I change time zones the clock stays at my original time zone no matter how many times I sync or reset the ionic.

I deleted the updated app from my phone and reinstalled it. I have connected to my wifi after that. Hopefully it will continue to work.

Android User
My problem is step no 3 where no dots come up on screen.
Can you please suggest workaround for that.

Welcome on board @Prameet, thanks for jumping in here! Also, thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go!
I'm afraid to say that this issue might be caused due to the OnePlus 2 is not a compatible device wiht the Fitbit app. Note that the devices on this list have been confirmed as fully compatible with all features of Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. While a phone or tablet may not be verified as fully compatible, the Fitbit app may still work with your device.
Our team routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone meets the minimum operating system requirements. Note that the majority of Android phones running version 4.4 or higher will work with our products.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
Let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with.

Had the exact same issue, couldn't get to the three dots at all, the app was throwing an error before it was even loading that section. Uninstalled, reinstalled the app, all was well.
Seems to be an unhandled exception in the app.

Appears to continue to be an issue a year later. Unbelievable that Fitbit lets things go this long.

An FYI to the Fitbit folks...the are NO three dots on the Wi-Fi settings screen for my android phone--so NO manual addion of the network.
. I have been able to connect the Wi-Fi in the last week but always with much difficulty. Today I cannot get it to connect at all. My Wi-Fi IS compatible. I have moved closer to my router. I have removed Bluetooth. I have restarted every darn piece of equipment (Ionic watch, Android phone, Windows 10 PC). And NO connection. My spouse is considering an Ionic too and I am telling him NO NO NO.

I have also recently had the following "error occurred when trying to find configurable networks." My Ionic didn't connect to wifi and I was unable to set-up the wifi.
I fixed this issue by deleting the Fitbit app off my mobile phone and then reinstalling the app. I was then able to connect to wifi and able to find my wifi networks with no issue. The three dots as referred to above were also visible for the wifi setup in the app, however I did not need to manually add the wifi network.
I believe a recent update to the Ionic (or Fitbit app) may have resulted in my wifi connection / setup issue / error, however I do consider this to be somewhat circumstantial and this is just my opinion based on my recent experience.
On a positive note, my experience with the Ionic has been good on the whole and this is the first issue I have encountered which I subsequently fixed with relative ease.

I am having the same issue and have not been able to sync properly for two weeks. The wifi network does not show up, can't manually install wifi because the three (...) are not visible. I have uninstalled and re-installed the fitbit app on my android phone 10 times +, removed from bluetooth etc....
Nothing has worked. The time is so off, I'm so disappointed. I've been a fitbit user for sometime, but now I am seriously considering moving on to another brand.
It was working just fine until a software update ~3 weeks ago.
So strange. It's not my router as every other device I have in my house works fine.
Disappointed Iconic user.
