I am on my 3rd fitbit ionic, it has now developed lines on the screen and characters are blurry. One replacement was still under warranty and Fitbit repleced no problem. Then that one went bad, outside of warranty, so I had to purchase a new one. Now the third one I had bought the warranty for. After trouble shooting, it was determined all remedies were exhausted and I should utilize my warranty. The claim was approved by the warranty company and an order placed with fitbit. My concern is they don't seem to make the ionic anymore. Will they send me a refurbished model (heaven forbid, as I have had enough issues with the brand new ones), a new they may still have in stock, a downgrade or upgrade if the ionic is no longer available.

Since you already have a case with our Support team, it's recommended to continue the communication with them, they're the ones that can provide more information on the replacement that you will be receiving.
