Wrong time

My watch is showing the wrong time. How do I correct it please?

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer based on the time on that device. Does your fitbit seem to be syncing ok?

The other thing that affects the time is the timezone in your profile. You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile If you do change it then you'll need to sync again to update your fitbit.

Many thanks. I have not changed time zones but the battery went really dead and I am wondering if that is the problem. My son set it all up for me earlier this year when he gave it to me. I know he synced it to my iPad so will try to sort it that way. Thanks again.

That does sound like the cause - when fitbits run out of battery they can lose track of the time.
