That is the bluetooth classic your looking at .Off would be disabled. 

As stated above. Bluetooth low energy can not be turned off.

One can turn off Bluetooth classic .

As for WiFi it is only turned on while the versa is charging.

Bluetooth classic can be turned off in the settings app on the ionic. 

Bluetooth low energy can not be turned off .

What I can see within settings on Ionic is "Bluetooth Connection Options". Within that one can add audio devices. There I can turn bluetooth "off", "on" and on "pair" mode. I don't see "Bluetooth classic" or "Bluetooth low energy".
