cant pair ionic with an iphone 4s

iphone4s doesnt support ios11,so cant download the new fitbit app,so cant pair up the ionic.is there any other way of pairing it up?

@darrybuncan, do you have PC or a Mac that you can set up the Ionc tracker on?

HI LARRY-YES ,I HAVE A FITBIT CHARGE 2,SET UP ON MY IMAC,BUT IONIC,SAYS IT HAS TO BE INITIALLY PAIRED BY PHONE.STILL TRYING YOUTUBE,TO FIND OUT AN ALTERNATE WAY.THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST,CHEERS BARRY

I would try pairing it on the Mac instead of the phone.  I may be an Android user, but pairing on the computer has always worked better for me than pairing on the phone when setting up new devices.
