I do dance classes like Zumba and water aerobics. Any thoughts on which of the Ionic exercises would be closest to those?

Hi @SunsetRunner,
I would use the Workout mode for those. It's a good all-purpose mode for those not specifically listed in the Ionic's exercises. You may have to add it to the Ionic, which can be done in the app settings, under Exercise Shortcuts.

@SunsetRunnerI use Workout as @WavyDavey suggests and then I rename the Workout to the activity I was performing.
For example I'm tired of losing steps while in the supermarket while using a trolley, so I did some testing with just using a basket, and Workout as my exercise mode, then renaming Workout to Shopping.
One loss is, it doesn't have GPS as an option..

@sammy2901I would be using the Workout option and then renaming it later to the Exercise type. You won't need GPS because Workout doesn't have that option.. You will get all the stats you need.. Give it ago..
But....... you have to create the Custom Activity names on your PC first otherwise you cannot rename them on your phone.. If you rename Workout on the PC and the Custom Activity isn't available it will prompt you to create it..
Here is an example, the last two are renamed Workouts.. When you do that the distance appears ...

I did as suggested--used workout and then changed later to dancing. If I find a better option I will share.
