I tried to transfer some mp3 files to my ionic, and got the message "file not supported"

How to fix this?

What kind of mp3 files does it support?

 I am using windows 10.

According to the fitbit guide for downloading music (see: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/ ) mp3 files should work - but not if they are DRM protected. Could this be the issue?

I am not sure, how to check if the file is DRM protected?

I can play the mp3 on my phone, my tablet and my windows10 computer.

And I try to convert it to 44100hz, 128k, stereo, 2 channels, with format factory, still not work.

very interesting, one of my files, after convert, it can transfer, but, as I delete it and transfer again, it said no again...

That doesn't sound like it's protected so that's probably not the reason. I'm afraid I've never used the music download function so I'm struggling to be of help. Hopefully someone else will solve the mystery.

Just checked, the file is not DRM protected.

I convert everything into .wav, and it works.

My understanding is mini files do not work and I would be surprised if some of the bit rates will not work.
