hard reset

I couldn't for the life of me set up my music on the ionic so decided to hard rest it now showing red X saying data not deleted. I  unpaired bluetooth from computer removers ionic.

Setup to pin number displayed now just got the fit bit symbol on watch. Freaking out

@HOT57F A hard reset is always a radical step, as it wipes everything and you have to start from scratch, as you’ve discovered. You just need to go through the whole process of setting up the Ionic as a new device, using the mobile app on your phone or the app on your computer.

i typed the pin in and just getting the spinning wheel saying finishing up. Been doing that for about 45 mi

Gave up after 3 hrs on computer tried phone done in 30min all back to normal.

Now to work getting song on it
