iPhone 8+ iOS 13 No Longer Sends Texts?

Greetings~

I have an iPhone 8+, and also wear an Ionic tracker. Up until yesterday, the phone would send text messages to my unit. Yesterday I upgraded the phone to the latest iOS (13.?) and now the tracker no longer receives text messages. Nor will find the phone when I try to connect them via Bluetooth? 
Is there a walk thru to get my tracker talking with my phone again? Thanx!

There is an ongoing bug affecting notifications with iOS 13. Keep an eye on the following thread where fitbit are posting updates and recommendations:
