the app stopped synching with my ionic 2 days ago. I updated to iOS13.1.2, but the problem started before upgrading.

The same issue happened to me as well.  Started having issues before the phone update.  Very frustrating.  Can't get any answers on how to fix it.  I've restarted my Ionic about 50 times and the app won't connect to my wi-fi either.  Ready to consider an Apple Watch.
