Thanks for reaching the Community Forums, thanks for trying to save your Run intervals. In this case, I'd recommend:
Restart your Fitbit Ionic
Check that your Fitbit App and Fitbit Ionic is updated
Log in/out from your Fitbit App
Set interval once again and sync your Fitbit Ionic

Best AnswerHas anyone been able to solve this issue of automatic lap settings reverting to 0.5? It’s been a problem for months now and is annoying beyond belief.
I’ve tried ALL the suggestions. Restarting, logging in and out, resetting everything etc etc and EVERY time it reverts to 0.5.
Please someone help... and restore my sanity and before I chuck this watch out and upgrade to a Garmin (which I may well do anyway).
