Today my Ionic watch changed pounds to kilograms. How do you change it back? And why did it change?

  • Fitbit app
    1. Tap the Today tab
       
      , and tap your profile picture.
    2. Tap Advanced Settings > Units.
    3. Make your changes.
    For Aria 2, you can also change the units shown on the scale:
    1. Tap the Today tab
       
       your profile picture > your scale icon.
    2. Tap Weight Units.
    3. Choose the units you want the scale to show your weight in. The next time you sync your scale, you’ll see your weight in the units you select. You may have to weigh yourself twice before you see the units update.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
