i am fairly new to fitbit and want to get the best from it. what is the best function to use when i am playing squash or other racquet sports. i am inclined to think interval training but is there a more appropriate way to record this sport?

Hello @JakeWade and a warm welcome. There is a Tennis option in the Exercise Shortcuts, that is probably a better option. The Interval Training is just that. It is a timed move/rest/repeat.
